

Clos Du Marquis Traiteur has been trading for six years and was established when we saw a niche in the market for really 'fresh' homemade foie gras de canard (not jarred or tinned). Our realisation has proved right with the company experiencing a huge growth from nearly 50 kgs the first year to 1000 kgs this year.
To date we have never advertised our products and our success has been purely led by our customers recommendation. The quality of our product speaks for itself, however, we now feel that is time to offer our products to a wider market. We will always stay a very small business that way we can assure that the quality and service is maintained to the highest level. Our kitchen has the highest health and safety rating and is inspected on a regular basis.
