Succulent boned Quail from France stuffed with our Foie Gras. It comes in an aspic of Madeira/Port and is ready to eat. Our boned Quail stuffed with Foie Gras makes the perfect starter – served sliced on a bed of leaves with a pear or apple chutney. 1 Quail will serve 2/3.
They are vacuum packed in a pot covered in a port aspic and are ready to eat. Kept in the refrigerator and unopened they will last 10 days, once opened they should be eaten immediately. They can be frozen for up to 4 months without losing quality or taste.

Sold in multiples of four there is a minimum order of 4 Quail…
Cost £60 per pack of four incl p&p
You should receive your order within 5 working days of us receiving it.
All orders are sent by Royal Mail, next day by 1pm delivery, so it is important that someone will be in to receive it as the Post office will not leave a parcel.
If you require us to have it delivered on a Saturday it will be £5 extra.
